6mm Ceramic Worktops
This Puustelli Miinus kitchen demonstrates that being environmentally responsible does not mean compromising on looks. The design incorporates twin islands that separate the function of cleaning from socialising. The two islands feature light oak cabinetry and curves faced with oak slats. The wall cabinetry playfully uses a combination of on-trend cranberry red and dark pink painted birch veneer doors and panels with the added twist of a single blue-painted glazed wall unit.
A coffee station has been introduced in the tall pink unit. The station is concealed when not required. Pivot pocket doors reveal the station when it is required. This maintains a clean, minimalist look.

The worktop chosen is a 6mm ceramic. This high-performance, but thin, material is supported on a frame which is edged with an oak veneer. The material is also used for the end of each island. It's a stunning look.
