I already have a design for my kitchen. Will you provide me with a quote based on the design I have?
It depends on what detail you can provide us with. If you are looking for a quote comparison you would need to share all the details of the other quote. We would then be able to tell you if we can supply for less.
How much do your kitchens cost?
How much do your kitchens cost?
This is impossible to answer because there are so many variables. What we can say is that we have supplied complete kitchens for as little as £8,000 and as much as £80,000. A complete kitchen includes all cabinetry, appliances, sinks, taps, work surfaces, and cabinetry lighting. Fitting is separate and subject to an installation survey.

I would like a design for my kitchen. How do I get one from you?
I would like a design for my kitchen. How do I get one from you?
The first step is to have a design consultation with one of our designers. There is no charge for this and it will last up to an hour. To arrange a design consultation just contact us to get one scheduled.
What's involved in the design consultation?
What's involved in the design consultation?
Design consultations are an essential first step in you sharing with us what you want your future kitchen to be. We schedule an hour for each consultation. This is typically enough time to share and gather information about your project. These sessions will be conducted by phone or video call. We will ask you to send us anything you can share in digital form in advance of the consultation.
A key objective of the consultation is to equip you with enough information about what we can do for you so you can decide if you do want us to produce a design for you. Cost is often a factor in making this decision so we will always give you an idea of what budget you will need if you were to order from us.
How long does design take?
How long does design take?
This largely depends on you. Design is an iterative process and it requires decisions to be taken. For some customers the design process can be completed within 2 weeks but for some it can take 4-6 weeks. After the design consultation we will be able to give a good idea of how long we think it will take to reach a final design for you.
Do you charge for design?
Do you charge for design?
Yes we do but we don't charge for the design consultation. We charge for design because it involves time and expertise. However, if you do place an order with us we discount the design charges from your order deposit.
Because we charge for design you will get a complete design pack detailing everything in your design so if you wish you can use this to get quotes from other suppliers.
We currently charge £30 + VAT per hour for design. We initially invoice you for £120 plus VAT and once this is paid we press on with design. We keep you aware of the time we are booking against your project so when we reach the end of design we will invoice you for any additional time not covered by the £120 charge. Once all design time is paid for we release your design pack to you.
Can I engage you just for design?
Can I engage you just for design?
Absolutely. We will still do a free design consultation before then doing design, after you have paid an initial design fee. The final fee will then be determined by how much time we book to your project. Once the final fee is paid, we will release all design materials.
