The Initial Consultation
It starts with an initial design consultation, during which you share your ideas, and we explore options with you. The session lasts as long as it lasts, but most take an hour at maximum. At the end of the session, you will have a good idea of what can be achieved and how much you are likely to spend to get what you want. This session will either be a phone call or a video call. It can sometimes be face-to-face if you live close enough to one of our designers.
Pre-consultation
Before a consultation, we will ask you to email us as much information as you can. Depending on how much information you can send, we may also ask you to complete an online questionnaire.
Detailed Design
We will reach a stage where consultation needs to turn into doing some design, and this is when we will need to charge a fee. As part of the consultation, we will explain our design fee. Our start fee for design is currently £150 (inclusive of VAT), which is deducted from the order you may place with us for your kitchen.
