Contact Us Web Form
We provide a Contact Us web form on our website. If you use this form you will be sharing your first and last name with us, your email address, your telephone number, and a message. This information is stored securely and an email is sent to us from the website to let us know that you have contacted us.
The information you share with us via the contact form may be input to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) service.
People Who Email Us

Data processors are third parties who provide services to Sustique. We have contracts in place with our data processors. How long is the information retained for?
Customer Information
If you stop being a customer of Sustique we will retain your details for a period of 3 years following the cessation of the support contract. If you choose to return as a customer during that period, our retention of your data will ease the process of re-instating you as a customer.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) (GDPR), you have rights as an individual which you can exercise in relation to the information we hold about you.
