- Email 24 hours before to remind you about the booking.
- Text message 12 hours before the meeting inviting you to confirm you still plan to attend the meeting. This only applies if you provided a mobile phone number.
- Text message 2 hours before the meeting to provide a final reminder. This only applies if you provided a mobile phone number.
