Why This Kitchen Is Available
Sustique installs a new kitchen in the Renovation House every cycle as part of our partnership with the NSBRC. The current kitchen will be removed after the Autumn Show in October 2026, making it available for delivery in November 2026.
Buying this kitchen directly supports the Renovation House programme and ensures Sustique can install the next evolution of our low-VOC, sustainable fitted furniture.
Genuine Sale Price
The full retail price for this demonstrator is £21,067 (excluding VAT). The Black Friday sale price is £16,853 (excluding VAT). That's a whopping £4,213 saving.
What's Included?
What you see is what you get. This is:
- Premium quality Puustelli Miinus cabinetry.
- Franke sink and tap.
- AEG oven, compact oven/microwave, 60cm induction hob, 60cm hood, 45cm slimline dishwasher.
- Laminam12mm porcelain worktops.
Removal is included. Delivery is also included if within 100 miles of the NSBRC. Storage can be arranged to align with when you want it, but storage costs will apply.

Absolutely. We're selling a demonstrator. It's a one-off and priced accordingly, to sell.

Not for the demonstrator. But, if you need additional elements then promotions can be applied to these.
Will it fit my home?

We'll work with you to arrive at a design that works for your space. This is a Puustelli Miinus kitchen. It's designed to be reconfigured. We even have some additional units in storage. These are also available at the 25% discount, but door fronts will need to be ordered for these. These can't be supplied at discounted prices. The same applies to any additional elements you may want. The additional items we have in storage may get used on projects so we can't guarantee they will remain available.
What about appliances?

The AEG appliances are all included in the sale price. Additional appliances can be supplied by Sustique, if required. The demonstrator appliances have never been connected so they are completely unused.
What about the sink and tap?

The Franke sink and tap are included in the sale price. The tap requires a 13amp power supply, but it's never been connected to one. It's also never been plumbed in. In short, it's never been used. The sink is the same.
What about the worktops?

The worktops are included in this offer. But, the splashback and upstands are excluded because it's unlikely these can be removed without damaging them. In contrast, the worktops are fitted to frames. These can be detached from the cabinets, allowing the worktops to be lifted off.

How do I secure the Renovation House demonstrator?
How do I secure the Renovation House demonstrator?
We just require a firm order and 25% deposit. Once the deposit is paid you've secured it. But, it can't be removed earlier than the 1 November, 2026. And, it must be removed by 8 January 2027. Storage can be arranged.

No. But, subject to where you're located, we may be able to put you in contact with an installer

As long as you cancel within 14 days of paying your deposit. We cannot accept cancellations after 14 days.

When you place your order we will invoice you for your deposit. Your order will not be confirmed until we receive your deposit payment. We will not list the stand display as sold until your order is confirmed by your deposit payment.

No. It will remain available, but not at the Black Friday discount. It's a genuine time-limited Black Friday offer. The discount will be reduced after the Black Friday deadline.
