Why This Kitchen Is Available
Sustique is expanding its footprint at the NSBRC. After the Winter Show, we will be installing a new, bigger display with updated materials, finishes, and design features.
To make space, our current stand kitchen will be removed and made available for delivery from mid-February 2026, with full removal required by the end of March 2026. This gives us time to install a new display.
Genuine Sale Price
The full retail price for this demonstrator is £13,315 (excluding VAT). The sale price is £9,510 (excluding VAT). That's a whopping £3,805 saving.
What's Included?
What you see is what you get. This is:
- Premium quality Puustelli Miinus cabinetry.
- Blanco sink and tap.
- Smeg oven and hob.
- Infinity 12mm porcelain worktop.
Removal is included. Delivery is also included if within 100 miles of the NSBRC. Storage can be arranged to align with when you want it, but storage costs will apply.
It's available on a first come first served basis. A 25% deposit is needed to secure it.

Absolutely. We're selling a demonstrator. It's a one-off and priced accordingly, to sell.
Will it fit my home?

We'll work with you to arrive at a design that works for your space. This is a Puustelli Miinus kitchen. It's designed to be reconfigured. We even have some additional units that we've never been able to use on our stand. These are also available at the 45% discount, but door fronts will need to be ordered for these. These can't be supplied at discounted prices. The same applies to any additional elements you may want.
What about appliances?

The Smeg oven and hob are included in the sale. They have never been connected to a power supply so they are unused. Additional appliances can be supplied by Sustique, if required.

These are included in the sale price. They're Blanco. Neither the sink or tap have been connected, so they're completely unused.

Of course. We'll be happy to meet you at the NSBRC. Just contact us and we can arrange a day and time that works for you and one of our team.
How do I secure the demonstrator?

We just require a firm order and 25% deposit. Once the deposit is paid you've secured it. But, it can't be removed earlier than the 8th February, 2026. And, it must be removed by 31 March 2026.

As long as you cancel within 14 days of paying your deposit. We cannot accept cancellations after 14 days.

When you place your order we will invoice you for your deposit. Your order will not be confirmed until we receive your deposit payment. We will not list the stand display as sold until your order is confirmed by your deposit payment.

The worktop is included, but the upstand may be tricky to remove without damaging it. The worktop is fitted to a frame, which can be disconnected from the cabinetry. This is why it can be removed without it being damaged, and why it's included in the sale.

Sustique Puustelli Miinus Japandi Styled Display Kitchen at the NSBRC
Lacquered Wild Birch Veneer Doors with Black Handles
You can experience this Japandi styled Puustelli Miinus sustainable low-VOC kitchen at the National Self Build and Renovation Centre in Swindon.
The cabinetry's external finish is a lacquered wild birch veneer with horizontal grain. The carcasses are made with lava bio-composite frames combined with stained birch veneer boards. The lava bio-composite frames are 100% recyclable and totally waterproof. These frames have a long life and can be re-used many times. The modular nature of the frames and supporting parts allow Miinus kitchens to be easily remodelled. Cupboards can be reconfigured to be drawer units and visa versa, Cabinets can be resized simply by changing parts.
The surface material is high-performance 12mm porcelain. This is a great worktop material because it won't stain or scratch. It's tested to 440 degrees so cookware can be taken out of the oven or off the hob and placed directly on the surface. No hot plates are necessary. This display kitchen features porcelain maufactured by Inifinity. The finish is Absolute Black.
Every material on display is a testament to our unwavering commitment to using only the highest quality products, ensuring healthier and more environmentally responsible outcomes.
The display includes a drying cabinet above the Blanco Etagon silgranit sink and Evol-S boiling hot water tap. We have used Smeg appliances for their energy-saving performance, reliability, aesthetics, and long life.This display is available to view at the NSBRC in Swindon.
